special offering during Lent

Dear RIC friends

Our church belongs to the English language churches group called "Churches Together in Rome."  Each year the various ministers and lay-people of the group vote to support a specific missions cause that we call the "Rice Bowl Offering". Each of the member churches then collects over the weeks leading up to Easter.

Alternative Worship at All Saints

Dear RIC friends

Once a month our friends at All Saints Anglican host an "Alternative Worship Service" with contemporary music, in depth Bible teaching and a time of prayer at the end. It's a wonderful service led by Mary Styles along with others from across Rome churches. If you're free today, it's taking place at 5pm, on via del Baduino 153, Rome (near piazza del popolo. Metro: Spagna). Their next one is on Sat. March 19th.

Otherwise I hope to find you at RIC tomorrow! God bless

Pastor Brian

Dear RIC friends

Last Sunday we started our Lenten series on the 7 Statements of Christ on the Cross with "Father forgive them for they know not what they do." We are challenged to spend this week thinking about forgiveness and how much we receive from God and how much we should offer to others. This coming Sunday we will continue our series and take a look at Christ's statement "Today you will be with me in paradise". Hope to see you there!
